Strong Maltese Performance at the OC-Ostsee Cup in Germany

A group of five paddlers from The Surfski Shack participated in the 2025 OC-Ostsee Cup, navigating 10-knot winds and significant waves. Matthew Schembri led the Maltese contingent with a 15th-place overall finish in a field featuring world champion Gordon Harbrecht and Olympic medalist Max Hoff. Other notable performances included Mattea Micallef securing 9th place in the women's category and 65-year-old Andreas Bohnsack finishing 13th in the over-50 division.
